Exisdance - opening season

Dear friends,

Summer vacations are over and we are opening a new season of Exisdance.

Our news are:

1. This year our monthly workshops will take place on Saturday afternoons instead of Thursday evenings at Studio Seven in Amsterdam. Hopefully this is a good news for everyone who had difficulties to attend the Thursdays workshops after a working day.

So, the next meeting will take place on the 15^th of September from 11 am till 2 pm at Studio Seven. The address is Eerste Nassaustraat 7 in Amsterdam.

Take comfortable clothes and shoes or warm socks for the workshop. How can you get to the StudioSeven: From Amsterdam Central Station take the Bus 18 from the stop “CS Kamperbrug” (on the bridge) till the stop “Haarlemmerplein”, then walk 5 minutes to the Studio. Or take the Bus 22 from CS “Oostersedokskade” till the stop “Nassauplein”, and then walk 3 minutes to the Studio.

The theme of the workshop… Well, last year we all participated in the choice of the theme. I think this is a good way to go, although in the beginning of the season I’d like to organize an introductory workshop. This way participants who came to the workshop for the first time can get acquainted with my work style. As for the participants who know me, they can experience it as an Entry ritual into the space of creative dance and dance therapy of Exisdance.

More workshops will take place in year 2007:

• 6 October 11.00-14.00 (possible time change to 10.00-13.00)

• 17 November 11.00-14.00

• 8 December 11.00-14.00

2. On the 3rd and 4th of November intensive training “Music of the body” will take place.

3. Furthermore, I am organizing two new projects:

4. As you know, next to the “Music of the body” training, I have other trainings, such as “Life space”, “Three ages of the Goddess” and “Relationships as a dance”. At this moment time and place for these trainings are not defied. If you are interested in taking part in one of these trainings, please let me know. As soon as we have the minimum number of participants, I will start organizing the training.
